1. Overview

NeonStreamLab sells digital stream overlay packs delivered instantly as downloadable files. By purchasing or downloading, you agree to these terms.

2. License

You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased overlays in your own livestreams and video content across Twitch, YouTube, Kick and similar platforms. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the source files.

3. Digital delivery

All products are digital. Access is provided via secure download links sent by email and available in your account. We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party software (OBS, Streamlabs, StreamElements).

4. Custom orders

Custom work is delivered in two phases (static design, then animation) and billed per phase via Stripe payment links. Custom deliverables are subject to the same license terms.

5. Liability

Products are provided 'as is'. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeonStreamLab is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the products.
