NeonStreamLab sells instant digital downloads. Please read this policy before purchasing and check the product page for the files included. If a download fails, a file is corrupted or the wrong item arrives, the exceptions below explain how to contact support and request help.

Digital goods - no refunds once delivered

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final. By completing your purchase you acknowledge that you receive immediate access to the download and waive any right of withdrawal for delivered digital content.

Exceptions

If a file is corrupted, the wrong item was delivered, or a download genuinely fails, contact us within 14 days and we'll fix it or, at our discretion, issue a refund.

VAT

Applicable VAT is calculated and charged at checkout based on your country (EU OSS). VAT is included in any refund where one is granted.
